Delivery time and delivery

Home delivery
What we are not unique in is home delivery. You can have your order delivered to your home at almost every online webshop. The same goes for us. This means that your order will be delivered to your home easily and quickly by the parcel deliverer. We use DPD and DHL.

Are not you home? The package will then be delivered to the neighbors by DPD or DHL or offered again the next day (except Saturday and Sunday). Doesn’t anyone open the door again? The package will then be delivered to a DPD or DHL collection point.

Delivery time
If a product is in stock and you order it before 6:00 PM on a working day, you will receive it 1-4  working days later. If a product is not in stock, the expected delivery time is stated next to the product.

When your order is complete, neatly packed by one of our employees and picked up by our parcel deliverer, you will receive an email* from us with shipping confirmation. Here you will find the Track & Trace code. This way you always know on which day your order will be delivered and approximately what time it will take place.

* It may happen that your order cannot be shipped with our standard parcel deliverer. Your order will then be delivered via special transport. They will contact you half an hour in advance of their arrival on the day of delivery.

Postage costs
Of course we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. For orders above €100.00 you never pay shipping costs with us. For orders up to €100.00 we charge €6.95 shipping costs. Our customer service is happy to arrange special transport for sending pallets or heavy goods. This applies to orders weighing 30 kg or more. Please note that costs for this may vary.

Order tracking.
As soon as your order has been picked up by our parcel deliverer, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your order and see when our parcel deliverer expects to deliver the package to you or has delivered the package to the collection point of your choice.

What are the return conditions?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@zwemreus.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

How can I return my order?

At Zwemreus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return an item, you can easily do so through your personal customer portal on our website, provided the product is returnable according to our terms and conditions.

  3. Confirm the return request: After filling in the required information, please submit the return request.
  4. Pack the product: Make sure the product is properly packed in its original packaging.
  5. Send the package: Take the package to a post office or designated drop-off point. Keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed.
  6. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please check the product-specific return policy before returning an item, as some items, such as hygiene products, may not be returnable .

Are returns free?

Can I cancel my order?

Time limit: Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. If the order is already in transit, you cannot cancel it; you must wait until you receive the package and then return it according to our returns policy.

Refund: After successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the method the original payment was made.
